Dennis and Kristine George Last Sunday, while visiting our daughter, we had the opportunity of attending the Palm Sunday service with her. From the moment we arrived, until the end of service, we were greeted warmly and made to feel welcome. The music ministry was absolutely wonderful and we felt a true anointing of the Holy Spirit with both the music ministry and the guest speaker, whose teaching touched both our hearts. We're so happy that the Lord led Lisa and Pauly to this church. It was truly a blessing and an answer to prayer. Thank you for the fellowship. We look forward to re-visiting when we are once again in North Port.

What did you notice first? From the car to the front door. A lot of young families. Once inside, friendliness and the youth minister walked up and introduced herself to some teens that she didnt know. I was greeted by Mark who gave me a newcomers packet and introduced me to Eddie. Neither made a point of using their titles. A complete lack of pretentiousness. Very Refreshing! What did you like best? The sermon. Ive been to many churches in this area and found that the message was either evangelistic, or based on tradition or lacking in biblical background. I prefer that my pastor have the gift of teaching and that his message is grounded in the bible. That is what I witnessed last Sunday. Overall Impression? I was very impressed. Great message, good music and very friendly atmosphere. OOH RAH!

What did you notice first? There seemed to be a sense of God's Spirit within many of the people as they engaged in conversation and reached out to visitors. Worship team was not overpowering; drowning out the congregation. Your physical set-up was inviting and carefully thought out. What did you like best? We were impressed by the leadership style of both pastor Eddie and Mark and how the Gospel message was presented. We sense humble and contrite spirits without fear to reveal your life as an example in order to change lives. Overall Impression? New Hope seems to be a healthy well balanced church where we would like to continue to discover our calling in service to the Lord assisting where needed. The flow of service is pleasing and not threatening to seekers. Pastor Eddie is a gifted preacher.

What did you notice first? Friendly greeters out front. What did you like best? Warm, friendly and not pushy. Overall Impression? Overall everything. You answered my prayer for a church closer to home that I feel comfortable with.

What did you notice first? Many helpful signs, directions and people willing to reach out and assist us getting into and maneuvering around the church. What did you like best? People taking responsibility to help rather than just pointing or saying that's not their job. Everyone who offered to help made sure we found what we needed and made sure we were comfortable before they left. Also pastor Eddie down to earth style that is both understandable and inspiring. What did you notice first? The seating, the overall appearance is very clean and organized. What did you like best? Honestly the reason I go is the way things are taught. There is something to say about the ease of learning. I have never gone to any church ever. Audrey and I are close and she asked me once and I said yes and have been going ever since. Overall Impression? Someday you guys will be a huge deal in North Port. You guys are awesome.
