While the chance in any given year of a specific Hurricane having a direct hit from a strong hurricane is small, one must always be prepared. New Hope Community Church, working in partnership with local, state and federal agencies, plays an important role in ensuring that our congregation is adequately prepared to handle as best as possible the impact of hurricanes and natural disasters.

New Hope’s primary role is to serve as a communication point for preparation, and planning steps for people to consider within our local church family and possibly expand into our neighborhoods and city.
